National project “Implementation and Support of Quality Management in Public Administration Organizations” is considered to be one of the largest projects within the Operational Programme Effective Public Administration by the number of the project´s partnering organizations. While planning the project, ministries, other central state administration bodies and many of their budgetary and contributory organizations have been offered the opportunity to implement one of the Total Quality Management Models or the ISO 9001:2015 Quality Management System (QMS).
After many negotiations and meetings, 19 partner organizations decided to participate in the national project alongside Slovak Office of Standards, Metrology and Testing. Apart from the CAF model, the EFQM excellence model and the ISO 9001:2015 Quality Management System (QMS), the project also included a pilot implementation of standard 37001:2016 for Anti-Bribery Management System (ABMS) and the Self-assessment Tool to Measure Culture of Quality. In total, the national project includes 28 implementations.
